The decommissioned nuclear reactors or plants are dismantled by initially shutting down the vessel and a permanent removal of the fuel. Decommissioning of the nuclear reactor can be done via immediate dismantling, decaying of the radioactivity using a nuclear facility or by maintaining the radioactive pollutant in a concrete and letting it decay till the residuals are suitable to be released. We take extra care that the pollutants do not escape to the public at any cost.

We are well equipped with modern technology required to replace the nuclear reactor vessel which tends to wear out with time. The process of nuclear reactor vessel replacement includes reactor vessel head penetration. First, the reactor is shutdown then hydro demolition using extra waterpower jets is done. The process is then followed by disassembling and defiling of the nuclear reactor. Then the old reactor vessel is replaced with a new one with the help of mobile cranes. After the successful nuclear reactor vessel replacement the equipments are reassembled and the vessel is refuelled. After the rechecking and pressure testing, the process of nuclear reactor vessel replacement is complete.
