Concrete Coring
There are many different construction purposes for concrete coring which is used where a precise opening is needed. The circular openings created by concrete coring operations are usually for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and various line run purposes but may also include other construction needs. The diameter of the holes created by concrete coring operations can routinely range from ¼ inch up to and exceeding 72 inches. The typical depth of a concrete coring hole is usually a few feet or less, but there are many specialty concrete coring needs, where concrete coring holes can reach depths of a few hundred feet or greater. Because concrete coring requires a unique set of drilling skill that is different than the coring skills needed for other materials it is important that your concrete coring contractor is an expert in the many phases of concrete coring to ensure your coring job is completed in the most cost effective manner and you avoid the potential cracking, damages and noise created by inproper concrete coring methods.
